Electrical Foreman

Location: Midland, TX
Job Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to join a growing electrical contractor with a strong pipeline of large-scale projects in the Midland, TX area. Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise electrical crews of 5 or more electricians and apprentices.
• Coordinate daily field activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and project specifications.
• Plan work assignments, manage manpower, and coordinate material and equipment needs.
• Maintain quality control while ensuring compliance with NEC, OSHA, and company safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and clients.
• Mentor and develop field personnel while promoting a positive and productive team environment.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Journeyman or Master Electrician License required.
• Experience leading crews on large-scale multifamily residential and/or commercial construction projects.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams of 5+ electricians.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, construction practices, and the National Electrical Code (NEC).
• OSHA 30 Certification (training can be provided if not currently certified).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment while maintaining safety and quality standards.

• Competitive salary: $90,000–$110,000, based on experience.
