Electrical Foreman / Lead Electrician – NYC Projects

Job Summary:

Omta Tech, a reputable electrical contracting company based in New York City, is hiring an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead our field crews. We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on professional who can manage teams, coordinate site activities, and deliver high-quality electrical work across commercial and residential projects.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise electricians and helpers on job sites
• Coordinate daily tasks and ensure timely completion of work
• Read and interpret electrical blueprints and specifications
• Ensure compliance with NYC and NEC electrical codes
• Communicate clearly with project managers and clients
• Maintain safety protocols on site

Qualifications:

• 7 + years of experience in the electrical field
• Previous experience as a foreman or team leader
• Strong knowledge of local codes and installation practices
• OSHA 30 certification
• Must have own tools and reliable transportation
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
