Job Requirements & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in a foreman role within the electrical industry.
- Proficient understanding of the Electrical Code (NEC) and local codes.
- Proficiency in interpreting blueprints and specifications.
- Comprehensive knowledge of commercial electrical systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer service .
- Technologically adept and meticulous in daily inspection of installations.
- Knowledge of change orders, building plans, and installation manuals.
- Excellent planning and execution skills.
- Understanding of contract documentation.
- Proven ability to lead, train, and develop team members.
- Professional demeanor suitable for representing the company.
- Relevant certifications and a valid driver's license.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug test.
