Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and Supervise: Oversee a team of electricians, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

• Quality Assurance: Ensure all work complies with electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve issues promptly, focusing on effective solutions.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years as an Electrical Foreman or similar role.
• Education: Licensed Electrician with relevant certifications or willing to become licensed in Hawaii.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge: Proficient in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
