NSC Staffing is now hiring experienced Commercial/Industrial Electrical Foremen to join our team in the Fort Wayne, IN area.

As an Electrical Foreman, you will be responsible for leading commercial and industrial electrical projects, managing crews, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. While your primary responsibility is supervising projects, you may also be required to work with your tools as needed.

PAY: $40- $50/ hr DOE

SCHEDULE: 40+ hrs/ week TTH

JOB DETAILS:

• Minimum of 6+ years of experience as an Electrical Foreman
• Strong background in commercial and industrial electrical work
• Proven leadership and crew management skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical plans
• Willingness to work hands-on when necessary
• Valid driver's license
• Must pass a background check and drug screen
