Key Responsibilities – Electrical Foreman (Data Center Construction)
As an Electrical Foreman – Data Center Construction, you will play a critical leadership role overseeing field teams on major mission-critical builds. Responsibilities include:

  • Test electrical systems using voltmeters, ohmmeters, and related tools to identify issues and ensure safety and compatibility

  • Document test results, repairs, and system performance with accuracy

  • Repair or install electrical components, wiring, and devices to resolve issues

  • Respond quickly to emergency calls, assess hazards, and direct crews appropriately

  • Supervise 25+ employees across multiple projects and ensure adherence to OSHA and company safety standards

  • Establish material and manpower look-ahead reports for proactive scheduling

  • Manage project scope of work, budgets, and deadlines

  • Maintain tools and equipment for safe, reliable operation

Requirements – Electrical Foreman (Data Center Project)

  • Valid State of Texas Journeyman Electrician License (non-expired)

  • Minimum of 10 years of verifiable electrical experience in commercial/industrial construction

  • Strong blueprint reading and equipment layout skills

  • Proficient in NEC code compliance and use of the codebook

  • Ability to lay out and direct teams of 3–4 journeymen safely and efficiently

  • OSHA 30, CPR, NFPA 70E training

  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record

  • Strong communication and leadership skills

Qualifications – Pump Repair Technician / Electrical Foreman

  • Four-year apprenticeship or equivalent trade school

  • Experience working on energized circuits in compliance with OSHA and industry standards

  • Prior data center, mission-critical, or telecom project experience

  • Bilingual skills (Spanish/English)

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and self-starter mentality
