We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Foreman to lead our teams and ensure the successful completion of projects.

Job Description: We are looking for a hands-on Electrical Foreman to supervise and coordinate the work of electricians and apprentices on various job sites. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with extensive knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety procedures. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing all electrical work, from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage a team of electricians and apprentices, providing guidance, training, and support.

  • Plan and lay out electrical work from blueprints, schematics, and other specifications.

  • Ensure all work is performed in compliance with local, state, and electrical codes (e.g., NEC).

  • Schedule and coordinate project tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and projects are completed on time and within budget.

  • Conduct weekly safety meetings and enforce all company and OSHA safety policies.

  • Manage and track project materials, tools, and equipment.

  • Communicate effectively with project managers, general contractors, and clients.

  • Perform quality control inspections to ensure the highest standards of workmanship.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues as they arise.

  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports when needed and time tracking.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Electrical Foreman.

  • Valid Journeyman Electrician or Master Electrician license is a plus.

  • Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and components.

  • Strong understanding of the Electrical Code (NEC).

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously if required.

  • Commitment to safety and a strong understanding of OSHA regulations.

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
