We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Foreman to lead our teams and ensure the successful completion of projects.
Job Description: We are looking for a hands-on Electrical Foreman to supervise and coordinate the work of electricians and apprentices on various job sites. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with extensive knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety procedures. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing all electrical work, from start to finish.
Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage a team of electricians and apprentices, providing guidance, training, and support.

Plan and lay out electrical work from blueprints, schematics, and other specifications.

Ensure all work is performed in compliance with local, state, and electrical codes (e.g., NEC).

Schedule and coordinate project tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and projects are completed on time and within budget.

Conduct weekly safety meetings and enforce all company and OSHA safety policies.

Manage and track project materials, tools, and equipment.

Communicate effectively with project managers, general contractors, and clients.

Perform quality control inspections to ensure the highest standards of workmanship.

Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues as they arise.

Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports when needed and time tracking.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Electrical Foreman.

Valid Journeyman Electrician or Master Electrician license is a plus.

Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and components.

Strong understanding of the Electrical Code (NEC).

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously if required.

Commitment to safety and a strong understanding of OSHA regulations.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
