Job Overview
A trusted name in commercial electrical contracting in the Atlanta metro is currently seeking a Working Foreman to oversee day-to-day field operations, coordinate crews, and ensure successful project delivery.

Project Types & Locations
- Primary Focus: Class A office renovations
- Project Locations: Kennesaw, Alpharetta, and Midtown (all within the Atlanta metro area)
- Project Duration: Typically 14–16 weeks
- Project Size: $500K–$700K
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 5:30 AM – 1:30 PM (approximately 40 hours/week)
- Supervise the daily operations of one active project at a time
- Lead crews ranging from 3 to 30 electricians, depending on project scope
- Submit daily reports to the office detailing headcounts, crew assignments, and progress
- Ensure all work meets safety, code, and scheduling standards
- Address issues on-site and escalate more complex challenges to the office team
Candidate Profile
- Experience: 8–12 years in the electrical field, including 2–4 years in a Foreman or leadership role
- Project Background: Experience with commercial tenant improvements is (especially office spaces); industrial or broader commercial experience also considered
- Leadership Skills: Strong communicator with proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage crews effectively
Technical Proficiency:
- Comfortable working with measurements and construction details
- Solid knowledge of NEC, rephasing systems, and conduit bending/threading
Certifications & Licenses:
- Licensed electrician
- OSHA 30 and CPR certified
- Master Electrician exam completed or in progress ()
Other Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass a drug test
- Familiar with software such as Procore, Excel, and iPad applications; Bluebeam experience is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
- Car Allowance: $100 per week
- Bonuses: Up to 15% annually + approx. 3% profit sharing
