United Trades of America is actively seeking a highly skilled Electrical Foreman to lead a team on a dynamic project in Huntsville, Alabama. This position is perfect for an experienced electrical professional with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of commercial and industrial electrical systems.

We are looking for someone who can take the reins and ensure that all electrical operations are executed safely, efficiently, and up to code. As an Electrical Foreman with United Trades of America, you will be responsible not only for overseeing daily work on-site but also for supporting and guiding a crew to stay on track with schedules, meet quality expectations, and adhere to all safety standards.

  • Pay Rate: $28-$35 per hour, based on experience and certifications

  • Location: Huntsville, AL

Job Duties Include:

  • Leading and supervising electrical crews

  • Reading and interpreting electrical drawings, blueprints, and job specifications

  • Managing materials, schedules, and daily workflow on the job site

  • Coordinating with project managers and other trades

  • Ensuring compliance with safety protocols and Electrical Code (NEC)

  • Training and mentoring apprentices and journeymen

  • Providing hands-on support when needed

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of electrical experience, with at least 2 years in a foreman or supervisory role

  • Ability to manage jobsite logistics and manpower

  • Deep knowledge of NEC and OSHA safety standards

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
