Job Title: Electrical Foreman

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Foreman to lead and manage multimillion-dollar electrical projects in Charleston, SC. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in electrical contracting, strong leadership skills, and the ability to oversee project scopes effectively. This role requires a clean background, professionalism, and stability in previous positions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise electrical crews on multimillion-dollar projects.
• Manage project scopes, ensuring compliance with deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Maintain a strong focus on safety and enforce OSHA guidelines on-site.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and field staff to ensure project success.
• Perform inspections, quality control checks, and troubleshoot issues as needed.
• Prepare and maintain documentation, including progress reports and safety records.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Electrical Foreman.
• Active Journeyman or Master Electrician license is required.
• Proven experience managing electrical scopes on multimillion-dollar projects.
• Strong preference for candidates with multi-family project experience; commercial experience will also be considered.
• OSHA 30 certification is .
• Must have a stable work history and clean drug and background checks.
• Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills.
