We want someone whos not just good with numbersbut is electrified by them. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the pre-construction phase and have successful experience estimating multiple commercial electrical projects. In addition, they will be responsible for analyzing electrical project plans and specifications to produce accurate and competitive cost estimates. The Electrical Estimator Team Lead is expected to work independently and ensure the project needs are met with accurate and detailed estimates.

Requirements:

• Experience in estimating commercial electrical projects, ranging up to $1M-$5M in value
• Proficient in Bluebeam, Accubid, Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Knowledge of NEC and local codes
• Ability to effectively communicate with all parties of the construction team
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to multitask and estimate multiple jobs at once
• Drivers License

:

• Degree in Construction Management
• 5+ years project estimating experience
• Proficient in accounting software and Procore
• Commercial electrical trade experience

Compensation:

• $110,000 - $145,000 per year, depending on experience

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to Commute/Relocate:

• Pacific, WA 98047 Must reside in the area and be willing to commute.
