Help Power the Next Phase of Our Growth

We're expanding, and we're looking for an experienced Electrical Estimators to join our team.

Our company has grown to 11 locations by delivering quality work, building strong relationships, and investing in our people. As we continue to take on larger projects, we're looking for an estimator who can confidently analyze plans, identify opportunities, and produce accurate, competitive bids that help drive our success.

Responsibilities

• Develop complete electrical estimates for construction projects.
• Review project drawings, specifications, and bid documents to determine project scope.
• Prepare detailed material and labor estimates.
• Solicit and evaluate pricing from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Identify scope gaps, conflicts, and value engineering opportunities.
• Prepare bid proposals and supporting documentation.
• Collaborate with project managers, operations, and leadership throughout the bidding process.
• Assist with budgeting, change order pricing, and project handoffs after award.

Qualifications

• Previous experience estimating electrical projects.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, materials, and installation methods.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Experience with estimating software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive mindset with a commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work.
