This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a diverse range of commercial and industrial projects across the UK.\n\n Key Responsibilities:\n\nPrepare detailed and accurate electrical estimates for HVAC-related projects.\n\nInterpret drawings, specifications, and scope documents.\n\nConduct site visits and liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.\n\nWork closely with the pre-construction and project management teams.\n\nProvide value engineering solutions and cost-saving recommendations.\n\nAssist in the preparation of tender submissions and client proposals.\n\n✅ What We're Looking For:\n\nProven experience as an Electrical Estimator, ideally within the HVAC/M&E sector.\n\nStrong knowledge of electrical systems relating to heating, ventilation, and air conditioning installations.\n\nFamiliarity with estimating software (e.g., Trimble, Amtech, or similar).\n\nExcellent numerical, analytical, and organisational skills.\n\nAbility to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.\n\nStrong communication skills, both written and verbal.\n\nWant to find out more?
