Westaff is looking for an Electrical Estimator / Project Manager for an Electric Construction Company in Meriden, CT!

Pay:
$95-120,00 based on experience

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Project Manager to oversee electrical projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electrical construction and project management, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires effective communication with clients, subcontractors, and team members while managing resources efficiently.

Electrical Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of electrical projects, including planning, execution, and closing.
• Coordinate with construction site teams to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Develop project schedules and budgets while monitoring progress and making adjustments as necessary.
• Prepare and review contracts to ensure clarity of terms and conditions.
• Implement cost control measures to maintain project profitability.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and address any issues that may arise.

An Electrical Project Manager Must Have:

• Proven experience in electrical project management within the construction industry.
• Experience with MS office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Familiarity with computer estimating programs, local building codes, power company requirements, design build, tracking of jobs, job costing, and project management skills.
