We are looking for a dedicated Estimator to join our team and specialize in providing accurate cost estimate for commercial and industrial electrical projects.

Location: Russelville, KY

Responsibilities:

    • Conduct detailed analysis of project requirements and specifications to prepare comprehensive estimates for commercial and industrial HVAC and electrical services
    • Collaborate with project stakeholders, including engineers, architects, and contractors, to gather essential information for accurate estimations.
    • Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to assess project scope and identify material and labor requirements.
    • Develop detailed estimates that include material costs, labor projections, equipment expenses, and project timelines.
    • Maintain an up-to-date database of pricing information and industry benchmarks to ensure competitive and precise estimates.
    • Participate in pre-bid meetings, site visits, and client consultations to understand project needs and address any queries related to estimates.
    • Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment on project requirements and cost estimates.
    • Strong mathematical and analytical skills to accurately estimate costs and project timelines.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities to interact with clients, vendors, and team members effectively.
    • Familiarity with estimation software and tools is a plus.
    • Certified Professional Estimator (CPE) or relevant industry certifications are advantageous.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience as an Estimator in commercial and industrial construction, with a focus on HVAC and electrical services.
    • Thorough understanding of commercial and industrial HVAC and electrical systems, regulations, and industry standards.
    • Proficiency in analyzing complex technical documents, such as blueprints, specifications, and construction drawings.
    • Strong mathematical and analytical skills to accurately estimate costs and project timelines.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities to interact with clients, vendors, and team members effectively.
    • Familiarity with estimation software and tools is a plus.
    • Certified Professional Estimator (CPE) or relevant industry certifications are advantageous.
