- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution.
- 0–4 years of relevant professional experience.
- EIT certification or intent to pursue professional licensure (EIT/PE).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit; exposure to electrical analysis software is a plus.
- Familiarity with NEC, NFPA, and building codes (coursework or hands-on experience acceptable).

- Are eager to learn from experienced engineers while performing calculations, load analyses, and design coordination.
- Have hands-on skills with AutoCAD or Revit and an interest in advancing your proficiency in design software.
- Take pride in your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy when drafting and reviewing technical drawings.
- Value collaboration and enjoy working across mechanical, plumbing, architectural, and structural teams.
- Are interested in code compliance and applying NEC, NFPA, and building standards to real-world projects.
