Job Title: Electrical Engineering Trainer
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs in engineering, design, systems integration, and industrial security for diverse audiences, from introductory to advanced levels.
- Translate complex engineering and technical standards into clear, concise, and engaging training materials, including presentations, case studies, and practical exercises.
- Conduct interactive workshops and seminars, both in-person and virtually, ensuring a high level of participant engagement and understanding.
- Stay current with the latest trends and advancements in industrial technology, automation, security practices, and engineering tools, integrating them into updated training content and new modules.
- Provide expert guidance and support to trainees, addressing their questions and clarifying challenging engineering concepts.
- Assess training effectiveness through feedback mechanisms and performance evaluations, continuously refining training methodologies and content.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify specific training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
Requirements:
- Must be a UK with a valid work permit.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related field.
- Extensive experience (typically 5+ years) in applying and interpreting engineering concepts
- A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in training or instructional role, with a strong track record of designing and delivering effective technical training programs.
- Advanced knowledge of current industry standards, interpretations, and practical application.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex information.
- Exceptional presentation, facilitation, and public speaking skills.
- Able to perform well in high-pressure situations and adapt to diverse learning styles.
- Able to give and receive constructive feedback.
