Electrical Engineering Technical Lead

Job DescriptionJob DescriptionElectrical Engineer Technical LeadSeeking an electrical, electronic, or electromechanical engineer with strong PLC programming skills to lead automated machinery delivery, from prototype to production. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support existing field products. Requires teamwork and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

• Design, program, and test automated machines
• Program PLCs, motors, sensors, switches, RFID chips
• Write PLC code (Ladder Logic, Structured Text, FBD, SFC)
• Create schematics/wiring diagrams using SolidWorks, Mastercam, AutoCAD
• Design and program HMIs
• Lead and supervise project teams
• Travel to domestic/international client sites (as needed)
• Develop bench testing procedures
• Research and source technical components

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical/Electromechanical/Computer Engineering (or related)
• Electrical schematic design experience
• Proficiency in PLC ladder logic programming
• 5+ years in a manufacturing environment
