Electrical Engineering Manager – Global $1B Firm | Salt Lake City, UT

Exciting new leadership role with established global $1B engineering firm expanding in Salt Lake City. A unique opportunity to lead and grow local engineering teams while driving technical excellence across international projects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor hardware/software engineering teams. Will manage 6-10 engineers.
• Oversee complex electrical projects ensuring quality, safety, and on-time delivery.
• Serve as technical expert on PLCs, drives, and control systems.
• Manage CAD/ERP integration and global design standards.
• Support proposals with technical input and oversee field startups.
• Ensure compliance with ANSI, NEC, and ISO safety standards.

Required:

• 7–10 years in control systems engineering and leadership.
• Strong PLC, relay logic, drives, and power distribution expertise.
• Proficiency in E-Plan, AutoCAD Electrical, or InterCAD.
• BSEE and PE license a plus (or ability to obtain).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel for commissioning and support.

Base plus bonus potential.
