In return, the company offers ongoing training and genuine opportunities for internal progression and career development.If you have a strong background in building services maintenance, are client-facing, and take a professional and methodical approach to your work, this is an excellent opportunity to join a company that truly values its engineers.DutiesCarrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive maintenance Working on:Single & Three Phase PowerMotors & GeneratorsUPS SystemsLV/HV SwitchingEmergency LightingFire Alarm TestingAHUs, FCUs & VAVsCRAC UnitsPumps, Belts, Bearings & SealsSprinkler SystemsBMS OperationCarrying out plant and system isolations in line with safety proceduresEnsuring corrective and remedial works are completed in accordance with regulationsFollowing and promoting safe systems of work and industry best practicesManaging subcontractors when requiredCompleting RAMS, logbooks, and permits to workProducing reports and updating site documentationLiaising with client representatives regarding repair and maintenance worksRaising and closing jobs via PDA systemsRequirements City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical InstallationsExperience within Building Services MaintenanceStrong client-facing and communication skillsMotivated and career-driven attitudeProfessional, reliable, and personable approachExperience working within commercial environmentsSalary & Benefits £50,000 – £52,000 per annumMonday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm25 Days Holiday + Bank HolidaysCompany Pension SchemeOngoing Training & DevelopmentExcellent Career Progression OpportunitiesStable, long-term contract within a prestigious commercial environmentTPBN1_UKTJ
