Senior Electrical Engineer with a minimum of 10 years of related experience to join our team. Ideally, we are looking for someone with electrical engineering experience in all aspects of design and documentation for multi-family housing, commercial and civic government projects to provide senior electrical engineering and design leadership for the local Dallas practice site and Electrical Discipline.

Project related responsibilities include the following:

• Analyze the design requirements, specifications, and performance requirements to determine the best and most appropriate designs to meet customer expectations, code requirements, and all life and safety considerations.
• Coordinate the electrical design with the other project disciplines and the Project Manager.
• Execute and oversee project electrical designs.
• Support the Construction Phase including submittal review and RFI response.

Technical Leadership responsibilities include the following:

• Mentor and develop engineering staff.
• Maintain and develop electrical standards in collaboration with senior engineering staff.
• Assist the Director of Electrical Engineering with electrical work product quality control.
• Act as a senior electrical engineering and design resource and provide assistance and guidance to project engineers and designers.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of focused electrical design experience.
• Professional Engineering License.
• Revit proficiency.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, and the general public.
