Electrical Engineer (PE) – Commercial Projects
Seattle/Bellevue, WA

Are you an experienced Electrical Engineer looking to make an impact with a growing team? Our Bellevue office is seeking a Licensed Electrical Engineer (PE) with 8–20 years of experience to join our collaborative group of Mechanical and Electrical professionals. You’ll play a key role in designing electrical systems for commercial and retail projects while mentoring the next of engineers.

The Opportunity

You’ll be joining a close-knit, 10-person office that values teamwork and technical excellence. Our projects focus on big-box, retail, and commercial buildings, providing exposure to complex and high-visibility work.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support electrical system design for commercial projects (retail and big-box focus)

• Develop layouts and coordinate designs using Revit (required)

• Collaborate with mechanical engineers, project managers, and clients to ensure successful project outcomes

• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers

• Contribute to project coordination, client interaction, and quality control

What We’re Looking For

• Professional Engineer (PE) license – required

• 8–20 years of electrical engineering experience in commercial building projects (retail/big box , but all commercial considered)

• Proficiency in Revit – must-have

• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
