Position Summary
The Electrical Engineer designs, develops, and maintains electrical systems used in manufacturing operations. This role supports production by troubleshooting equipment, improving system reliability, and assisting with new equipment installation and upgrades.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain electrical systems and controls for manufacturing equipment
• Troubleshoot electrical and control system issues on production machinery
• Assist with installation, startup, and commissioning of new equipment
• Develop and interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation
• Support continuous improvement and equipment reliability initiatives
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and company procedures
• Travel up to 40% to support equipment installations and engineering projects at other facilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Experience with industrial electrical systems and controls
• Knowledge of PLCs and ability to read electrical schematics
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
