\nA Fantastic opportunity to work for a leading FM Service Provider located in London. CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting an Electrical Engineer to cover a commercial site. The successful candidate will be Electrically biased (NVQ, C&G) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. Working with the maintenance team on site, this person will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance.\n

Hours/Details\n

\n
• Monday to Friday

\n

• 06:30am to 15:30pm

\n

• 07:30am to 16:30pm

\n

• On-going contract

\n

• £29 per hour via umbrella

\n

• Immediate start 

\n

Duties & Responsibilities:\n
\n

\n
• Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast, Control panel, Power distribution)

\n

• Emergency lighting

\n

• Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)

\n

• Chillers - Reset

\n

• Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)

\n

• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets

\n

• Pumps, motors

\n

• Water Treatment

\n

• BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)

\n

• UPS Systems - Monitor / Take readings

\n

Requirements\n

\n
• Electrically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2&3, 18th edition 

\n

• Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates

\n

• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance

\n

• Good communication skills

\n

• Client Facing

\n

• Immediately available or able to start at short notice

\n
