Electrical Maintenance EngineerCity of London£48,000 - £52,000Our client is looking for a skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join their team on a prestigious commercial site in the City of London. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established building services provider with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality maintenance solutions across London's commercial sector.Working as part of a dedicated on-site engineering team, you will be responsible for carrying out both planned preventative maintenance and reactive works across a range of electrical building services systems. The role offers long-term stability, opportunities for further training, and clear routes for career progression.Duties: Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenanceMaintenance of single and three-phase power systemsMotors, pumps, emergency lighting and fire alarm testingBasic BMS operation and monitoringSafe isolation of plant and equipmentDiagnosing and rectifying electrical faultsEnsuring all works are completed in line with current regulations and site proceduresCompleting logbooks, RAMS and maintenance recordsRaising and closing work orders via PDA systemsSupporting general building services maintenance where requiredRequirements: Fully qualified Electrician (City & Guilds, NVQ, EAL or equivalent)18th Edition Wiring RegulationsMinimum 3 years' experience within commercial building services maintenanceStrong fault-finding and maintenance experienceProfessional and client-facing approachAble to work both independently and as part of a teamLocated within a commutable distance of the City of LondonSalary & Benefits: £48,000 - £52,000 per annumMonday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pmNo call-out rotaOvertime opportunities availableOngoing training and developmentCareer progression opportunitiesJoin a leading and well-established building services providerLong-term, stable commercial contractTPBN1_UKTJ
