The Specialized Recruiting Group of Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a leading manufacturing company in Ithaca, NY to hire a talented Electrical Engineer. This is a direct hire opportunity offering a comprehensive benefits package and the chance to contribute to innovative product development in a collaborative environment.

Position Overview

As an Electrical Engineer, you will play a key role in the design, development, and lifecycle support of electronic systems. You’ll work cross-functionally to bring new products to market while enhancing existing designs, ensuring high performance, reliability, and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop electronic systems and components for new and existing products
• Support full product lifecycle, from concept through production and ongoing improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing and quality
• Ensure designs meet industry standards and performance requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in new product development and continuous improvement
• Strong knowledge of IPC standards and PCB design
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality results
