We are seeking an Electrical Engineer with 3+ years of experience in MEP/building electrical design to join our team in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will have strong experience designing electrical systems and be proficient with Revit and AutoCAD in a multidisciplinary A&E environment.

Responsibilities

• Design electrical systems from concept through construction documents.
• Perform electrical load calculations and equipment sizing.
• Design power distribution, lighting, low voltage, and fire alarm systems.
• Develop electrical plans, one-lines, schedules, and construction documents.
• Coordinate electrical designs with mechanical, plumbing, architectural, and structural disciplines.
• Review drawings, specifications, and submittals.
• Ensure designs comply with NEC and applicable building codes.
• Participate in project coordination and client meetings.
• Work with senior engineers and designers to deliver quality project documents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of electrical engineering/design experience in an A&E/MEP environment.
• Experience with building electrical systems design.
• Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD.
• Experience with power distribution, lighting, and electrical calculations.
• Working knowledge of NEC and building codes.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• EIT , but not required.
