Electrical Maintenance Engineer\n\nCommercial Environment\n\nIlford - Inside M25\nSalary: Up to £45,000\n\nPrivate Use of Van\nDoor to door payments\nenhanced overtime rates\n\nWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established commercial facilities team.\n\nThe Role\n\nYou will be responsible for carrying out both Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across a commercial environment, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient building operations at all times.\n\nThis role also includes working on electrical catering equipment. Full training will be provided, making this a great opportunity to expand your skill set within a supportive and professional environment.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Electrical PPM and reactive maintenance across commercial buildings\n\n * Fault finding, repairs, and minor installations\n\n * Maintenance and basic repairs of electrical catering equipment (training provided)\n\n * Ensuring compliance with health & safety standards and site procedures\n\n * Accurate completion of maintenance records and documentation\n\n * Responding promptly to breakdowns to minimise downtime\n\nIdeal Candidate\n\n * Proven experience delivering electrical maintenance in a commercial environment\n\n * Sound knowledge of PPM schedules and reactive repair work\n\n * Strong fault-finding ability and attention to detail\n\n * Willingness to be trained on electrical catering equipment\n\n * Professional, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team\n\nPackage\n\n * Salary up to £45,000 (dependent on experience)\n\n * Training and development opportunities\n\n * Stable role within a reputable organisation
