Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and driven Electrical Engineer II to support both new product development and sustainment of existing platforms. You will help design robust embedded controllers and display systems, collaborate across disciplines, and support manufacturing readiness—all while driving innovation in automotive and heavy equipment applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and document electrical schematics for embedded controllers and display systems.

  • Utilize microcontrollers, microprocessors, and application-specific I/O.

  • Model, test, and optimize circuits using simulation tools.

  • Collaborate on PCB layouts and ensure manufacturability and quality.

  • Conduct lab testing and formal design validation (functional safety, reliability).

  • Work closely with mechanical and software engineers to deliver integrated solutions.

  • Support manufacturing teams for scalable and cost-effective designs.

  • Create and maintain technical documentation (specs, test reports, manuals, ECOs).

  • Provide sustainment support: failure analysis, corrective actions, and part updates.

  • Stay current with trends in electrical and embedded systems engineering.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering required; Master’s degree .

Technical Skills:

  • Experience with schematic capture and PCB layout tools (OrCAD, Altium).

  • Understanding of electrical design principles and power electronics.

  • Proficiency in circuit simulation tools (e.g., SPICE).

  • Skilled in lab equipment use: oscilloscopes, signal generators, multimeters.

  • Experience with wireless communication protocols (Bluetooth, Wi-Fi) a plus.

  • Prior experience with embedded electronics in vehicular systems .

Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication skills; able to explain complex concepts clearly.

  • Proactive, organized, and effective in a team-oriented environment.

  • Ability to estimate effort, meet deadlines, and manage priorities.

  • Passion for continuous improvement and learning.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in electrical engineering, preferably related to embedded systems or automotive electronics.
