Schedule: 4/10 Workweek (Monday–Thursday)

DirectPath Recruiting Services is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to support a leading electronics manufacturer. This position is hands-on and technical, involving both design and testing of electrical systems, microcircuits, and multichip modules in a cleanroom environment.

Responsibilities

  • Design, evaluate, and improve electrical systems and components.

  • Troubleshoot performance issues and recommend design solutions.

  • Analyze schematics, voltage/current levels, and controlled impedances.

  • Conduct vibration, strain gauge, and shock testing of circuit boards.

  • Support microcircuit and multichip module manufacturing using wire bonding and related tools.

  • Create detailed test reports and documentation for internal and customer use.

  • Review and cross-reference bill of materials for electrical components.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (required).

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in an electrical or electronics environment.

  • Experience with MATLAB, schematic design tools, and Microsoft Visual Studio.

  • Knowledge of RF design, programmable devices, and electronic test equipment.

  • Familiarity with microcircuit design and cleanroom manufacturing.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Must be a U.S. and able to pass background and drug screening.

Experience

  • Strain gauge testing and vibration/shock testing on circuit boards.

  • Programming microcontrollers and optimizing system performance.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
