Job Summary

The Electrical Engineer supports the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of electrical systems throughout Nexteel USA's stainless steel pipe and tube manufacturing facility. This role provides technical leadership for electrical equipment, automation, instrumentation, capital projects, and continuous improvement.

Primary Responsibilities

• Design, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve electrical power distribution, automation, PLC, instrumentation, and control systems supporting manufacturing operations.
• Lead electrical aspects of capital improvement projects, including equipment specification, installation, commissioning, startup, and documentation.
• Analyze equipment failures, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to improve reliability and minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, Engineering, contractors, and equipment suppliers to optimize manufacturing processes and support operations.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, NEC, NFPA 70E, company safety policies, and electrical engineering best practices.
