Electrical Engineer

We have a brilliant opportunity for an Electrical Engineer to work on a critical site based in Heathrow, offering the opportunity to work in a data centre, receive high voltage training and to offer additional internal opportunities.
You will be working a continental shift pattern, (Days and nights)
As an Electrical Engineer, you will ensure all PPM and reactive maintenance primarily on electrical systems, participate with site shutdowns / HV switching, ensure all critical plant is working efficiently, update site logbooks, actively fault find / troubleshoot and ensure the client is satisfied with the service provided
Electrical Engineer Duties:
PPMs & Reactive maintenance
Single and Three Phase Power, Motors, Generators (on/off load tests), LV/HV switching, Shutdowns, Switchgear, Motors, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarm Test, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, Sprinkler Systems, Pumps, Belts, Bearings, Seals, BMS Operation
Carry out isolation of plant and systems in accordance with safety requirements.
Ensure corrective/repair works are carried out in accordance with regulations.
Endorse safe working practices, quality standards conformity and best practice methods.
Organising subcontractors
Completing logbooks and RAMS
Reports
Permits to work
Raise and close jobs on PDA's as necessary. Electrical Engineer Requirements:
City and Guilds / EAL / NVQ or higher in Electrical installations / Engineering
Electrical regulations
5 years experience within building services
Experience within critical environments / critical equipment
Great M&E equipment knowledge Salary and Package:
£58,000 per annum
High voltage training provided
Continental shift pattern (Day or night shift)
Parking on site
20 days annual leave
On-going training
Overtime available
