Role Summary

The Electrical Engineer will design, develop, and validate electronic systems and hardware components for next- networking and high-tech products. This role involves working across the full product lifecycle—from concept and architecture through prototyping, validation, and production—collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance, reliable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop analog and digital circuits, including power delivery, high-speed interfaces, and signal integrity.
  • Conduct signal integrity (SI), power integrity (PI), and EMI/EMC analysis.
  • Support manufacturing and production ramp, including DFM/DFT reviews and issue resolution.
  • Troubleshoot hardware issues and drive root cause analysis and corrective actions

Required Qualifications

  • · Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • ·                3–8+ years of experience in hardware design and development.
  • ·                Strong knowledge of digital/analog circuit design, power systems, and high-speed interfaces.
  • ·                Experience with tools such as Altium, Cadence, or OrCAD.
  • ·                Hands-on experience with lab equipment (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, spectrum analyzers).
  • ·                Familiarity with Ethernet, PCIe, DDR, or similar high-speed protocols.

Qualifications

  • Experience in networking hardware, routers, switches, or data center systems.
  • Knowledge of FPGA or ASIC integration.
  • Experience with EMI/EMC compliance and certification
