Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Controls Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing control systems for manufacturing processes. The role requires a strong background in electrical engineering and expertise in troubleshooting and optimizing control systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop control systems for manufacturing processes.
• Implement and test PLC programs and control algorithms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to electrical systems and circuits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing efficiency.
• Conduct root cause analysis for system failures and implement corrective actions.
• Create and maintain documentation for control systems and procedures.
• Utilize CAD software for system layout and design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs and control systems.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and industrial controls.
• Experience in troubleshooting electrical systems and circuits.
• Proficient in CAD software for system design.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and implement solutions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
