Job Description
Electrical Engineer – Corporate\n\nLocation: City of London\n\nShift Pattern: Mon-Fri, 8.00-17.00\n\nContract: Permanent\n\nSalary: Up to £44,000 p/a\n\nA globally recognised FM provider is hiring for an experienced Electrical Engineer to join a high-profile corporate site in Central London. This is a great opportunity to work within a successful team that keeps the operation running smoothly 24/7.\n\nThe role:\n\nReporting into the Technical Supervisor and working as part of the Engineering team, you will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and fault-finding of all electrical building services, ensuring the site remains safe, compliant and fully operational at all times.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nCarrying out preventative maintenance and completing paperwork to ensure the completion of all scheduled PPM activities.\n\t\nResponding to reactive and emergency faults to maintain compliance in line with KPIs\n\t\nManaging sub-contractors where necessary to ensure work is completed safely in line with permit-to-work systems.\n\t\nUndertaking AP/RP duties which have been assigned.\n\t\nWorking 40 hours p/w Monday to Friday, with a requirement to participate in the out of hours on call rota.\n\nWhat they are looking for:\n\nElectrically qualified to Level 3\n\t\nC&G 2391 (desired)\n\t\nExcellent customer service and communication skills\n\t\nGood understanding of health & safety in a relevant environment\n\t\nDemonstrate good planning, organization and showing initiative\n\nWhat’s on offer:\n\nSalary up to £44,000\n\t\nMonday – Friday, 8am-5pm shift pattern\n\t\nOvertime and training opportunities\n\t\nSupportive, well-structured team\n\nIf you’re an Electrical Engineer looking for a new opportunity in London, this is a great opportunity.
