Electrical Engineer - Direct Hire

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer for a manufacturing facility in the Fort Wayne area.  This is a full time, direct hire opportunity with a very competitive starting pay and excellent benefits.

Job Responsibilities

• Directly supervise Electricians
• Provide electrical maintenance and project support for all facility equipment
• Manage electrical capital projects
• Engineer solutions for production needs
• Plan and execute maintenance down periods
• Update documentation

Job Requirements

• Knowledge of power distribution including switchgear and transformers, AC/DC motors, motor controls, and drives
• Experience with Allen Bradley PLCs, Rockwell Software, Siemens PLCs and software
• Experience with low, medium and high voltage equipment
• Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics
• Supervision experience
• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering/Electrical Engineering Technology degree
