Company: Evolve FM\nLocation: Coventry\nType: Temporary\nRate: £19–£20 per hour\n\nEvolve FM are looking for an Electrical Engineer / Maintenance Operative for a temporary role based in Coventry, working within a commercial office environment.\n\nThe role will involve general electrical repairs and maintenance, alongside some basic handyman/fabric tasks where required. This would suit someone with commercial maintenance experience who is comfortable working in occupied office buildings and can complete jobs cleanly, safely, and professionally.\n\nDuties Include:\n\n * General electrical repairs and maintenance\n\n * Planned and reactive maintenance across commercial offices\n\n * Basic electrical fault finding\n\n * Replacing fittings, accessories, and minor electrical components where required\n\n * Basic handyman / fabric maintenance tasks as needed\n\n * General building maintenance support\n\n * Keeping work areas clean and tidy\n\n * Ensuring all works are completed safely and to a high standard\n\nRequirements:\n\n * City & Guilds 2330 or 2360 in Electrical Installations\n\n * Previous commercial maintenance experience \n\n * Able to carry out basic handyman / fabric tasks\n\n * Reliable, presentable, and comfortable working in office environments\n\n * Own tools \n\nWhat’s on Offer:\n\n * £19–£20 per hour\n\n * Temporary role\n\n * Immediate / upcoming start available\n\n * Company van provided\n\n * Uniform provided
