Job Description

Our client is currently looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer to support social housing properties across London. This opportunity is ideal for a qualified domestic electrician seeking long‑term stability, ongoing professional development, and strong earning potential.\n With consistent workloads, excellent benefits and a supportive team environment, this role offers a rewarding and secure career within a respected housing services provider.\n   \n The Electrical Engineer will:\n \nCarry out electrical repairs, installations, maintenance and testing within social housing properties. \nComplete EICRs, remedial works, fault finding and system upgrades.

\nWork in full compliance with BS 7671 and all relevant electrical safety standards. \nProvide a high‑quality, customer‑focused service to . \nMaintain accurate records, reports and documentation for all completed work.

\nEnsure safe working practices and adherence to health & safety procedures at all times.   \n The Electrical Engineer will have:\n \nCity & Guilds Level 2 / Level 3 or NVQ Level 3 Electrical qualification (essential). \nExperience in domestic electrical repairs, maintenance, or EICR testing, preferably within social housing.

\nAM2 qualification. \nStrong understanding of electrical safety, compliance, and regulatory requirements. \nA professional, reliable approach with strong fault‑finding and customer‑service skills.
