POSITION OVERVIEW
\n
We are seeking an expert Electrical Engineer to join the advanced engineering division, reporting to the Engineering Leadership team. This role is pivotal in driving the end-to-end design, prototyping, and manufacturing of complex PCBAs and embedded systems for next- medical devices. The successful candidate will solve critical hardware engineering challenges by ensuring strict signal integrity, electromagnetic compatibility, and seamless cross-functional collaboration to deliver highly reliable and innovative patient care technology.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
\n
• Lead end-to-end PCBA engineering processes from ideation and concept through prototyping, troubleshooting, and final manufacturing.
\n
• Design, simulate, and meticulously analyze both analog and digital circuitry layouts utilizing industry-standard tools such as Cadence and Altium.
\n
• Debug, test, and validate embedded electrical systems utilizing oscilloscopes, empirical benchtop testing, and computational modeling.
\n
• Coordinate comprehensive engineering approaches and hypotheses testing in alignment with cross-functional internal teams and external partners.
\n
• Drive Design for Test, Manufacture, and Assembly (DFx) methodologies while ensuring rigorous compliance with medical device standards and electromagnetic immunity.
