Description

:The ideal candidate will have a strong background in power distribution, lighting, and fire alarm systems design for educational, commercial, and industrial facilities. This is a leadership-level role with responsibility for managing complex projects and mentoring junior staff while collaborating across disciplines to deliver high-quality engineering solutions

.The ideal candidate will have approximately 5 to 15 years of experience in electrical design and project management

Primary Dutie

• s:Support and lead the design and development of electrical systems for large-scale commercial, industrial, institutional, healthcare, and educational projec
• tsApply design expertise in power distribution, grounding, lighting, control systems, fire alarms, and equipment selection/specificati
• onAct as Project Manager for electrical components of multi-discipline projects, including schedule, budget, client communication, and team coordinati
• onProvide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and designe
• rsAnalyze complex electrical engineering problems and propose effective solutio
• nsInterface with architects, civil and MEP engineers, project managers, and clients to ensure design coordination and project succe
• ssOversee and ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards including NEC, IBC, IECC, and NF
• PAPerform quality control reviews of electrical drawings and specificatio
• nsConduct field investigations and site visits as need
