Job Description
Electrical Engineer – £39,000\n\nLocation: Cambridge\nSalary: £39,000 per annum\nHours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00\nHolidays: 25 days per year\n\nWe are seeking a qualified Electrical Engineer to join our healthcare facilities maintenance team in Cambridge. This role focuses on the maintenance and support of electrical systems within a busy commercial and healthcare building services environment.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * Carry out electrical maintenance and repairs across hospital and healthcare sites\n\n * Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and regulations\n\n * Participate in on-call rota (1 in 6) to support urgent site requirements\n\n * Work alongside the building services team on both planned and reactive maintenance\n\nKey Benefits:\n\n * Competitive salary\n\n * Standard 8 to 5 hours, Monday to Friday\n\n * 25 days holiday per year\n\n * On-call rota (1 in 6)\n\n * Company van provided\n\n * Overtime available on quoted works\n\nAbout You:\n\n * Qualified Electrical Engineer with hands-on experience in commercial or healthcare maintenance\n\n * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail\n\n * Reliable and flexible, with the ability to work on-call when required\n\n * Comfortable working within a team on multiple maintenance projects
