Do you thrive in a hands-on, engineering-driven environment where your designs move from concept to production?We are partnering with a privately held, globally recognized manufacturer specializing in high-performance RF chip inductors, power magnetics, and filters used in telecommunications, computing, automotive, broadband, and consumer electronics.This is an opportunity to work on analog and magnetic component design that supports technologies used worldwide.What You’ll Do

  • Design, develop, and improve magnetic and analog components
  • Define, build, and test prototypes
  • Analyze performance data to drive quality and reliability improvements
  • Translate customer requirements into detailed product specifications
  • Collaborate with manufacturing and operations to transition designs into production
  • Support products throughout their lifecycle
  • Identify cost-reduction opportunities without compromising performance

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering Technology
  • Experience designing analog components and/or magnetic components
  • Experience working closely with manufacturing or production environments
  • AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Must be a U.S. or Permanent (ITAR requirement)
  • Able to work onsite daily in Cary, IL
