Electrical Engineer
We are seeking an Electrical Engineer to support the design and development of electrical schematics, control systems, and power cabinet layouts for industrial projects. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys clean schematics, organized panels, and proving that not every electrical issue can be solved by “checking the breaker.”
This position focuses on electrical design and technical documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop electrical schematics using AutoCAD
- Create power cabinet layouts and specify electrical components
- Develop control system designs based on project requirements
- Maintain and update electrical documentation and CAD libraries
- Generate Bills of Material (BOMs) from electrical drawings
- Prepare customer documentation and validation protocols
- Provide technical support to manufacturing and field service teams
- Ensure compliance with Safety, Health, Environmental, and Quality (SHEQ) standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- 3–5 years of experience in electrical design and engineering
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and electrical design software
- Experience creating electrical schematics and BOMs
- Knowledge of NEC, IEC, and NEN1010 standards
- Ability to interpret and work from P&IDs
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
