Flexible Shifts (Days/Nights) (FULL MIDWEEK FLEXIBILITY REQUIRED)
Salary: £47,000 - £50,000 per annum

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and highly adaptable Electrical Operative to work across two busy hospital sites. This full-time role offers excellent pay, a structured schedule with no weekend work, and the opportunity to contribute to essential infrastructure in a live healthcare environment.
Key Highlights
Full flexibility is essential - day and night shifts required
Day Shifts: Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day
Night Shifts: 4 nights per week, 10 hours per night
No weekend work
Work Locations - Bracknell Area - Berkshire/Surrey area
Requirements
Gold Card (ECS/JIB) - essential
CP (Competent Person) training - highly desirable
First Aid qualification - required
Current, valid DBS - essential
Prior experience working in healthcare or education facilities is beneficial
Candidate Profile
A reliable and experienced electrician with the flexibility to work a mix of day and night shifts
Able to travel between Berkshire and Surrey as needed
Professional, safety-conscious, and able to work effectively in live hospital environments
