Title: Electrical Engineer
Location: Arlington, Texas
Hire Type: Direct Hire
Shift : 1st shift
Compensation: $105,000-120,000.

This is not a repetitive plant support role every project is different. You’ll work closely with controls engineers, robot programmers, and mechanical design teams to bring complex automation systems to life from concept through machine startup.

The position focuses on electrical system design for custom machinery, including schematics, panel layouts, hardware selection, integration support, and commissioning. What we’re looking for:

• Experience with electrical design for industrial machinery
• AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN, or similar CAD software
• Knowledge of PLC hardware and industrial controls
• Ability to read electrical schematics and machine drawings
• Hands-on troubleshooting and integration experience
• Familiarity with automation, robotics, or machine building environments
