We're seeking a skilled electrical engineer to join our team! In this role, you'll take the lead in designing electrical control systems that ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operation of our products and processes. If you have a solid background in electrical engineering and a drive for innovation, we’d love to hear from you!

Location: Anoka, MN

Wage: $105,000 - $131,000 per year

Hours: 1st shift, Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 5:00 pm

Duties of the electrical engineer:

• Oversee and lead the design of electrical control systems
• Ensure systems meet company quality and production standards
• Develop solutions that optimize safety, efficiency, and effectiveness
• Meet and exceed customer documentation and delivery requirements

Requirements of the electrical engineer:

• 10+ years of experience designing and leading LV/MV switchgear control systems
• Strong knowledge of engineering standards, codes, and project management
• Designs multi-phase/DC switchgear, switchboards, and panelboards
• Supports assembly, manufacturing, testing, and quoting
• Manages customer orders and maintains key relationships
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD Electrical, and electrical test equipment for LV/MV systems
