Job Scope
- Engineer, design, test and commission electrical automation control systems
- PLC Programming (Rockwell Automation, Siemens)
- Drive system design and configuration
- HMI design and development
- Electrical drawings in AutoCAD
- Troubleshoot control systems at customer facilities
Required Education and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering Required
- 5–10 years of relevant experience
- Strong communication skills for effective customer and internal interaction
- Ability to manage projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on experience with PLC/HMI programming (Allen-Bradley and Siemens ), coordinated drive systems, and motion control, robotics is a plus
- Solid understanding of drives and motor theory
- Strong troubleshooting abilities with complex control systems
- Good understanding of typical industrial processes and applications
- Willingness and ability to travel locally to customer facilities; most travel is local with home return each night. Occasional long-distance travel is typically less than one week.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
