Electrical Engineer - OX14 - Temporary (3 Months+)Hays are recruiting for an experienced Electrical Engineer to join a fast-paced site in OX14 on a temporary contract with strong potential for extension.

Location: OX14 Shifts: 5am-1pm, 9am-5pm, 15:30-23:30 (rotating) Pay: £25.00 - £27.50 per hour (Umbrella) / £19.19 - £23.00 PAYE Contract: 3 months initially, likely to extend

The Role: You'll be responsible for maintaining and repairing electrical systems and equipment across site, ensuring safe, compliant and efficient operations.

Key Duties:

• Planned and reactive electrical maintenance
• Fault-finding on electrical systems, controls, and plant
• Supporting LV switching and isolations
• Assisting with installations and upgrades
• Ensuring compliance with H&S and safe systems of work
• Completing maintenance records and documentation
• Working closely with site teams and subcontractors

What We're Looking For:

• Electrical qualifications (City & Guilds / NVQ or equivalent)
• Experience in commercial, industrial or FM environments
• Strong fault-finding and maintenance skills
• Understanding of compliance and safe working practices
• Flexible to work rotating shifts
