Position Overview
The Boston office is seeking an Experienced Electrical Engineer (Mid-Level) to join the team and contribute to the design and delivery of electrical systems across a variety of building projects. This role is ideal for an engineer with a strong technical foundation who is ready to take on greater responsibilities in project execution, client interaction, and mentoring junior staff.
You will be directly involved in electrical design, using tools such as AutoCAD and Revit, while supporting project managers with coordination, documentation, and quality control.
Key Responsibilities

Contribute to electrical design for building projects including power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and low-voltage systems.

Collaborate with senior engineers and project managers on design development and project delivery.

Prepare drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.

Perform calculations, system layouts, and code reviews.

Assist with client communications and coordination with other disciplines.

Provide mentorship and support to junior engineers and interns.
Experience & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or related field).

5–8 years of experience in electrical building design.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.

Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and building systems.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
-
EIT certification required; PE licensure (or pursuit) .
