Electrical Engineer

Extra Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Electrical Engineer for our clients based in Walsall. As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for providing electrical designs, production engineering information, supporting the NPI process.



Electrical Engineer Responsibilities:



Accountable for complying to regulations and specifications



Utilising capacity efficiently and effectively



Providing accurate production information to start date as well as quotations



New Product Introduction process



Participate in team SQCDP meetings



Electrical Engineer Details:



Location: Walsall



Salary: £38,000-£42,000 PA



Schedule: Mon – Thurs 8am till 15:15pm & Fri 8am till 12pm



Electrical Engineer Requirements:



Understanding of design requirements and design standards including UL508a. Fully conversant with applicable European design standards including LVD, EMC, EN60204



Knowledge of a variety of CAD packages



Electrical Engineering, HNC, NVQ or alternative qualification



Experience in managing projects



Good communication skills
